Job Title: Executive Head: Solutions Company: A leading entity within a prominent financial services group, specializing in integrated health solutions. Location: Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa (Hybrid) About the Role: We are seeking an Executive Head: Solutions to join our team. This is a permanent, high-risk, management position reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be accountable for the development and implementation of the full integrated, outcomes-based value proposition for our health services. This includes designing solutions, managing provider networks, developing health risk management strategies, and monitoring clinical outcomes. You will also be responsible for managing and executing competitor and industry research to identify trends and opportunities. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement an integrated, outcomes-based client value proposition in the health sector. Ensure the operationalization of solutions and collaborate with internal teams like Marketing, Operations, and IT to deliver the value proposition effectively. Ensure pricing of solutions is sustainable and competitive. Design and implement health risk management strategies to improve clinical outcomes and scheme sustainability. Manage provider networks to create a seamless client experience. Manage competitor and industry research and analysis. Requirements:Honours in Business or Science or equivalent degree. A Master''s degree is beneficial. 8-10 years of experience in a leadership/management position. 10-15 years of experience in the health industry. Experience as a product or business owner is an added advantage. Must be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a commitment to client and stakeholders. To Apply:
