If you make an appoint for an interview and you arrive late, or not at all (without communicating a valid reason) - you will automatically be disqualified from the selection process.** **Job Overview**: We are a premium grab & go food experience. We need efficient and friendly team members with warm personalities and huge smiles to take care of our customer. **Key Duties and Responsibilities**: **Promote and sell our food offering at the counter**: - Assist customers at the counter to place orders, pay and pack their purchases. - Prepare and serve fresh pastries and light snacks, ensuring quality and timely service alongside coffee beverages. **Customer Engagement**: - Form friendly connections with customers, encouraging regulars and newcomers to feel at home in the coffee bar. - Provide expert recommendations based on customers’ preferences and seasonal specialties. - Support the team by taking certain items to customer tables, and clearing away. **Equipment use and care**: - Regularly maintain and clean our service equipment (toasters, air fryer eyc) ensuring optimal performance and hygiene. - Stay informed about equipment operation and troubleshooting common issues, adjusting techniques as necessary. - Be knowledgeable about food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in all preparation areas. **POS Management**: - Handle payments accurately and efficiently, processing transactions on the POS and taking card payments. **Team Collaboration**: - Work cohesively with the team and other baristas to create an efficient workflow, sharing responsibilities during busy periods. **Qualifications**: - As a person you need to be punctual, communicative, tidy and efficient. - Solid experience in a busy coffee shop is a minimum requirement. - Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with a diverse customer base. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. **Working Conditions**: - You need to be available for early morning shifts and weekends.
