Mid-weight designer/DTP Operator

Here's the deal:

We're a fast-paced, idea-driven advertising agency based in Stellenbosch, and we're looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer who also happens to be a DTP superhero.

You'll be the go-to person for rolling out campaigns crafted by our conceptual team, across print, digital, social, and everything in between. We want someone who knows their software inside out, has a sixth sense for visuals, and can spot a pixel out of place from a mile away.If you're the type who can take a beautifully designed poster and magically transform it into 24 equally gorgeous sizes and formats, keep reading.

You'll Be Doing Things Like:

• Receiving final concepts and rolling them out across multiple formats — billboards, social media, mall signage, digital banners, you name it.
• Ensuring brand consistency and pixel-perfect precision across all rollouts.
• Prepping immaculate print-ready artwork.
• Creating work for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Display, and other digital platforms.
• Keeping files organised like a wizard with folder OCD.
• Occasionally contributing to concept development or improving what's handed to you.
• Working closely with our creative director, copywriters, and designers.

You Bring:

• 4+ years in a creative agency or design studio.
• A design diploma/degree (or a portfolio so sharp it makes us forget to check).
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud — especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Digital and social media design skills (motion graphics = huge bonus).
• Ninja-like time management and an eye that twitches at off-centre logos.
• Team spirit, a proactive mindset, and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
• Your own transport (Stellenbosch isn't exactly Uber Central).
• A genuine love for making things look amazing.
• A keen eye for spotting spelling, punctuation, and grammar will count in your favour.
• A sense of humour and lekker personality
