**DaklaPack is looking for an Account Manager at Internal Sales**

DaklaPack Europe, headquartered in Lelystad, is an internationally operating company, specializing in packaging solutions. Besides selling our extensive range of packaging on our web shop, we also supply diverse customized packaging to numerous customers, such as packaging for coffee beans, cosmetics, paint powders, screws, mayonnaise, gift cards, food supplements, clothing and everything in between. For our office in South-Africa we are looking for an Account Manager Internal Sales.

We focus on taking a collaborative approach with our customers to come up with innovative solutions for their unique needs. We dive in and come up with innovative solutions together with our customers.

**What will you do?**

In this position, you have both an administrative and a commercial role. You will support the Account Manager for External Sales with the administrative processing of the orders received. You will also be given the opportunity to pick up requests yourself and convert them into an order. Let's go and get it

**Main tasks**
- Advising customers on various (sustainable) packaging solutions
- Management and full communication of various accounts within DaklaPack
- Contact with customers about requests, deliveries, stock, samples and product information
- Processing customer orders and transferring them internally to production and logistics teams
- Processing requests and sales orders in our CRM system

- Excellent command of the English language
- Truly customer-oriented: able to translate a customer request into the right solution
- You are organizationally strong and keep a thorough overview in stressful moments
- Enthusiastic and entrepreneurial
- Strong administratively and does not lose sight of the commercial aspect
- Like to think along with new ideas or initiatives
- Available for at least 32 hours
- There is plenty of laughter in our office, so a healthy dose of humor is definitely welcomed
- You have a positive attitude
