Competence Management
- Develop a standardize recruitment and onboarding process. Collaborate with headquarters to develop branding strategies. Identify recruitment partners for the region.
- Steer the process of the appointment of high performers and high potentials for the Talent Pool and succession planning in alignment with regional management and headquarters.
- Identify the training needs and collaborate with local HRBP’s for coordination and delivery of training programs. Closely cooperate with the headquarters about regional trainings.
- Perform training effectiveness evaluation. Grow network with external training providers.
- Create competency profiles for all jobs and steer the process of competence mapping in all IGCs.
- Identify competence gaps and implement measures to fill them including guiding the managers on having effective dialogue with their employees.
- Lead creation of job descriptions in non-tariff areas
- Assist with the administration of the performance appraisal process and promote performance culture by coaching managers.
- Designated as the central administrator for posting job ads on LinkedIn
