**Web Chat Consultant**

We are looking for an individual who is energetic, self-managed, self-motivated, target driven and passionate about onboarding new customers via digital and electronic communication channels.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

- Matric
- Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record
- FAIS Accredited/RE5 (Advantage)

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Must have 1-2 years’ experience in similar role where your primary method of engagement is electronic or digitally
- Must have excellent written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple chats and engagements simultaneously within specific tight time frames
- Sound insurance industry knowledge and experience in selling and/ or marketing life products preferred (Life Insurance,
Funeral, Accidental Cover etc.)
- Individuals must have a successful and proven track record
- Must have an excellent ability to influence and overcome objections successfully
- Must have own or reliable transport, will be required to work later shifts
- Computer literate, excellent Excel skills required

**COMPENSATION AND CONTRACT**
- The salary structure will be a basic plus commission based on the successful warming of leads and conversion and inception
