GAAP Point of Sale is recruiting a Cloud Services Consultant. We are searching for a well-organised individual who has a passion for people, is a team player and able to work under pressure. The position is based at our offices in Durban and the successful applicant will be reporting to the Cloud Services Support Manager or their nominees at GAAP where applicable.

**Job Specification**:

- Ensure stores are online.
- Maintaining Remote Software.
- Ensure data is current on the Web Service.
- Investigating data usage (Routers).
- Ensuring all updates are current.
- Update of any jobs assigned to you.
- Maintain all Cloud Service Suites.
- Installing GAAP Routers (LTE, ADSL & Fibre).
- Must have lots of patience, as you will be dealing with customers.

**Minimum Requirements & Competencies**:

- Computer Literate (A good knowledge of computer hardware and routers).
- A solid understanding of Computer Science and Software Engineering.
- A+ and N+ or any other IT qualification.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Effective communication - Both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to use IBexpert for pulling queries and creating small procedures.
**_*Please note that working hours for this position are from 08:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday and must be available to work overtime, after hours and on weekends, on an occasional basis._**
