Responsibilities:
**Campaign Strategy and Execution**
- Audience Research and Segmentation: Conduct detailed research to identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors, ensuring paid advertising campaigns are precisely targeted to reach and engage the most relevant audience segments.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B testing strategies for various elements of the campaigns, including graphics, ad copy/landing page to continually refine and improve campaign performance.

**Performance Monitoring and Optimization**
- Real-Time Analytics: Utilize real-time analytics to monitor campaign performance closely, allowing for immediate adjustments to bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative elements to optimize spend and ROI.
- ROI Analysis: Calculate and report on the return on investment (ROI) of each campaign daily.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO strategies to improve the performance of landing pages and ad creatives, aiming to maximize conversions from paid traffic.

**Reporting and Strategy Development**
- Comprehensive Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports that not only highlight campaign performance metrics but also provide insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Channel Performance Review: Evaluate and report on the performance across all digital marketing channels, identifying synergies and optimizing the marketing mix for better overall performance.

**Collaboration and Integration**
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Ensure campaign goals align with overall business objectives and that insights from digital campaigns inform sales strategies.

**Technological Proficiency and Innovation**
- Marketing Technology Stack Management: Evaluate, select, and manage a stack of marketing technology tools for campaign management, analytics, automation, and customer relationship management (CRM) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Emerging Platforms and Trends: Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing platforms, technologies, and trends, recommending and testing new opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.

**Education and Advocacy**
- Knowledge Sharing: Regularly share insights and learnings with the marketing team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning in digital marketing practices.
- Data Privacy Compliance: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant data protection and privacy laws, understanding and advocating for best practices in digital advertising ethics.
- Marketing Support: Provide assistance to the marketing team with various tasks as required, contributing to broader marketing strategies and campaigns.

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

Qualifications:

- Google Ads Certification (required)
- Meta Certification

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience

**Salary**:
R30 000+ Incentive
