Project Manager required to join a global retail marketing Company.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
- Minimum 2 years of experience with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle
- Experience in FMCG/Retail advertising and/or marketing preferable
- Experience in end to end delivery of small, meduim & large scoped projects
- Experience in the implementation of project management methodologies
- High level of proficiency Microsoft office and Google suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Project management software skills would be beneficial
- Experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
- Ability to present to business stakeholders and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships through communication and collabration
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Own and implement the company project management principles as outlined by the project management strategy and vision.
- Define and manage Project Scope
- Develop project plans, including schedule and budget
- Organise and allocate business resources across the teams as required by the project
- Communicate and provide reporting across both team and stakeholder levels on Project timings, milestones and deliverables
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, risks and issues
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
- Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
- Develop an environment of contineous improvement through best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships and mature these capabilities for the organisation.
- Adhoc - Any other reasonable request from management including particular projects as and when needed
