Our logistics client, based in the Northern Suburbs, is seeking a suitably qualified Finance Project Administrator to join their team.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:
- BCom degree (NQF 7 or above)
- Min 2-3 years’ experience in project administration, using a financial system
- Attention to details, highly accurate, able to work with multiple projects simultaneously
- Good planning, organizational and communication skills
- PC literacy - MS Office (Excel min Intermediate level) / G-Suite
RESPONSIBILITIES
- End to End Project Administration: Capex + once off opex + transitional opex
- End to End Project Administration: Capex + once off opex + transitional opex
- Create orders following company procedures
- Process invoices for partial / deposit / full payment
- Reconcile creditors and prepare payment according to prescribed terms, timeously and accurately
- Update, track and report order against spending
- Update and Maintain creditor profile in the system and keep audit trail, monitoring and amend payment limit when required
- Load bank payment
- BBB-EE Administration
- Quarterly compilation of BEE data, following up on outstanding information
- Report BEE procurement spending to the consolidation body
- Environmental Stats
- General Administration
- Copying, filing project related document
- Other ad hoc reporting functions when/if applicable
