**JOHANNESBURG - **Seeking a strong **BEAUTY EDUCATOR / TRAINER** for an International Beauty Academy

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**:
Formal Health and Skincare Qualification (NQF 5 or above)

Teaching qualification through ITEC Or SETA accredited Facilitator, Assessor & Moderator SETA accredited

Formal Health and Skincare qualification (NQF 5 or above)

At least 3 years teaching experience in a similar environment

Training in Massages, Facials, Waxing, manicures & pedicures and other specialized treatments will be advantageous (if not covered in your qualification)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Will be required to compile lesson plans and facilitate learning in a professional and timely manner.

Fluent in English will be required to manage daily operations of the college on occasion

Must have strong computer knowledge

Must be able to operate independently

Ability to inspire and motivate your students

Ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing.

Confidence to teach large numbers of students in lecture halls / theatres.

Patience, tact and tolerance.

Research skills, especially in higher education.

Position requires strong inter-personal, organisational, admin and multi-tasking skills

Would need to follow strict SOPs, complete training will be provided prior to and ongoing.

Ongoing training occur before or after working hours.

Updating course material and manuals

Preparing and updating presentations for all lessons

Managing of class equipment and stock

Co-ordinating and running of treatment and wellness days

Market related basic salary depending on experience and qualification.

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
