**About the job**

In this position you will report to the Head of Retail Academy CEE/A and have the following responsibilities:

- Implementing of global/market training programs and materials within the assigned area: organizing and conducting classroom trainings relating to new collections, selling skills, and leadership skills
- Implementing the global and regional Visual Merchandising Guidelines in Mono-brand and Multi-brand Stores of local market in assigned area of responsibility, ensuring high quality of Visual Merchandising at POPs under the supervision of the VM Manager
- Regularly visiting the stores, to do in-store sales trainings/coaching
- Completing Store Visit Reports and ensuring regular feedback is given to responsible District Manager, VM Manager, and Head of Retail Academy, so that the relevant topics can be followed-up on during the next store visit
- Monitoring the sales performance and KPIs trend of the Retail Staff within the assigned area

**About you**

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a fashion retail environment in a similar sales training role
- Solid understanding of retail and sales training as well as the ability to engage the audience using different approaches to maximize knowledge retention
- Strong communication, lateral leadership and influencing skills to make things happen without direct authority
- Excellent facilitation skills and experience in coaching retail teams
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of working time
- Fluent English (written and spoken), French language would be an asset
- University degree in business or comparable education preferred
