This role focuses on software development for our Singleview product suite. Singleview is a customer care, real-time charging, billing, and revenue management system designed to support the convergence of all service types, all media, and all subscription and charging models. Our products are developed following scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) agile practices.

The Person

You have a passion for Agile software delivery. You believe in knowledge transfer to help teams do things better. You are a great communicator, a mentor and coach, able to work effectively with architects, developers, testers and product owners. Continuous improvement is a core belief. You have a thirst for continuous process improvement working with excellent software engineers.

If that is you - we are looking for an individual who can work closely with Development Teams, Product Owners, and Delivery Team Managers to ensure our agile processes are tuned and taken to the next level.

This is a vital role in our Agile journey and key to helping CSG realize its full potential.

You will also possess the following experience and technical skills:

- Tertiary qualifications in computer science or a related discipline or have worked in an technology environment
- Minimum 2-3 years of prior Scrum Master experience leading a software development team (or equivalent)
- Expereince with using JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Scrum Master certification is desirable
- Experience with scaled agile practices
- Experience managing technical staff is desired.
- Technical experience in commercial/enterprise software team leadership is desired.
