**Reports To**: Electrician and Branch Manager

**Summary of Position**:
This role enables us to deliver electrical services and installations to our clients with a standard of excellence and in compliance with the relevant legislative requirements

**Roles And Responsibilities**:

- Carry out installation of solar PV Panels, pull wiring etc
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements
- Conformance with relevant Codes and Standards
- Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Responsibilities
- Report any deviations that could lead to an accident
- Participate in Safety Training to improve safety standards
- Report incidents and accidents before the end of a shift
- Adhere to the Company's Health and Safety policy and procedure
- Look after your own safety and that of other employees
- Ensure that the SHEQ Management System requirements are met towards customer, internal, ISO, regulatory / legal requirements.
- Manage and perform all internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the Organization's products.
- Work with Customers, Colleagues and Contractors towards continual improvement of the Management system and report the need for improvement to Management.
- Keep up standards and regulations with respect to Products and Services
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities in line with your capabilities and at the request of your Superior

**Job Requirements**:

- PV Installer or similar training
- Working at Heights certificate
- Drivers license

**Skills And Abilities**:

- Good working knowledge of PV solar industry
- Strong technical knowledge
- Experience installing panels using good health and safety
- Self-motivated with good time management skills and ability to priorities your workload
- Focus on customer service
- Good initiative and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Trustworthiness
- Must be presentable and conduct him/herself professionally
- Passionate about the environment and solar energy
