We’re looking for a driven and organized Junior Account Manager to join and grow with us.
About the role
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution, and delivering exceptional service.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s passionate about advertising and ready to take their career to the next level.
Key responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing integrated advertising campaigns across various channels. Work closely with internal teams, including creative and production, to ensure deliverables are on brief, on time, and within budget. Manage timelines, budgets, and client feedback to keep projects on track. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and reports. Stay up to date with industry trends and share insights with the team and clients.
What you’ll need A tertiary qualification in marketing or brand management. 2-4 years of experience in account management within an advertising or marketing agency. A passion for building relationships and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools and software Must have a strong grasp of marketing materials, design elements, layout terminology, and industry jargon to effectively interpret client briefs and communicate them to the studio. Own transport
