**Role Responsibilities**:
Preparing and sending contracts timeously and error-free.

Work closely with various team members to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met.

Following up on all contracts sent on a regular basis, as per standard procedures.

Ensuring proper interdepartmental feedback on all client issues and/or legal comments.

Ensuring that the administration of signed contracts is done efficiently and as per the standard procedure.

Building relationships with the customer via telephonic conversations / follow ups.

Providing quick responses and dealing with all client concerns / issues efficiently.

Ensuring that all customer / contract related info is up to date / correct.

Actively taking part in departmental meetings and discussions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
3 year degree / diploma in areas such as business or office administration

**Relevant Skills / Experience**:
3 years' relevant working experience is required.

Experience in general Contracts administration will be an advantage.

Basic computer skills are required - Microsoft Office as well as Google suite of products.

Attention to detail must be excellent.

Strong Admin skills are required.
