Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
Build strong relationships with all levels of the Customer and 3rd Party Vendors
Communicate regularly and clearly to all relevant stakeholders, across Borwood, Customers, and 3rd Party Vendors
Co-ordinate delivery of all aspects of assigned projects as per Project Definition Document (or other project-related documentation), with particular emphasis on delivering within timescales and budgets
Ensure all approved orders are received in good order and are filed in the correct fashion, conduct Project Initiation, and Kick off
Gather all relevant time estimates, dependencies, and lead times to assist with the creation and execution of project schedules
High-level understanding of project components to be represented in a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) to assist to drive critical path activities
Work closely with the Solutions and Technical teams to ensure strong and consistent communication
Ensure timely resolution of any conflicts which may occur
Be knowledgeable on all aspects of the project, including but not limited to, SLAs, timescales, supplier services, costs, hardware, devices, etc
Managed and coordinate all phases of the project cycle. From kick off to closure
Necessary Experience and/or Qualification
5 years of Project Coordination experience within a Service Provider environment or ICT / Telecommunications Industry
Degree level qualification
ITIL or Prince 2 certification, CAPM (PMI) (desirable)
Knowledge of business and department integration in terms of process
Personal Skills/Competencies Required
Attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-disciplined and able to self-manage and set goals
Strive for ongoing continuous improvement of project delivery throughout project implementation
Ability to work well with people on all levels
