Job Title: Manager: New Vehicle Sales (FUSO Trucks)

Location: Motus Daimler Trucks Airport, Boksburg

Reporting To: Dealer Principal

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients and partners
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics
- Provide sales training and support to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors

Qualifications:

- Matric/Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF4)
- Valid Driver’s License
- At least 5 years sales experience in the Motor Industry preferably Fuso
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of FUSO Truck Sales is a plus
- DTSA Certified Management Certification will be an added advantage
