Snr Manager: Security Systems Infrastructure

**Core Description**:
Responsible for providing management and operational leadership in relation to security systems, technology planning, implementation and overseeing and coordination of National Security Control Centre operations. The incumbent will also be responsible for security systems integration processes and coordination of special security operations systems to address priority security vulnerabilities and risks. Responsible also for providing oversight for high level security operations and constant monitoring processes across the group.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage security systems and technology infrastructure
- Develop security system technology roadmap
- Design security system architecture, technology modelling and system integration
- Develop security system integration platform in compliance line with Corporate Information Security governance (CISG)
- Collaborate and participate in security technology processes for initiatives, planning and implementation with both internal and external service providers
- Advice, management and direct on all activities in relation to the procurement, installations, implementation and use of security technology systems
- Implement and manage Integrated security management system to create and provisioning of preventative and tactical security response process
- Implement security systems to analyse and interpret all information reported/gathered to determine the security health of the organization on a real-time basis at a strategic and tactical level.
- Ensuring that all the IT requirements of security are met and that the existing systems are functioning optimally
- In case new equipment is required, recommend the best systems to the management.
- Estimating the future needs of the security environment and planning IT infrastructure and system development accordingly,
- Ecosystem design that enables integration between, legacy, current and new IT infrastructure and systems for seamless and efficient security operations.
- Innovatively planning budgets of the IT requirements so as to keep it within constraints of the company
- Ensuring high quality performance of employees

Manage security technology projects
- Formulate and design security technology systems to prevent and create a crime free site
- Develop and manage security technology projects and processes to enhance security operations
- Develop security annual technology plan in line with security Technology road map and governances (Blueprint)

Manage, integrate and maintain National Security Control room Centre (NSCC) operations by:

- Oversee the daily management and operations of the NSCC
- Collect, integrate, and share all essential information, including crime, and security incidents reported.
- Direct and guide security technology processes from a strategic level to deal with the manifestation of serious threats at a macro level that could impact on Telkom's business objectives.
