The French Parfumerie seeks a friendly and enthusiastic Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties. Some duties and responsibilities include:

- Assisting in maintaining stock range.
- Dealing with suppliers and following up on invoices.
- Maintaining a system which will allow you to continuously monitor outstanding tasks and ensure operations run smoothly and are completed within a reasonable time frame.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Answering of queries and resolving of problems.
- Assisting store customers.
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendar.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Manage communication across internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Invoicing on Sage
- General administrative duties.
- Reliable/own transport.

Desired Skills include:

- Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail coupled with good interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated organizational, planning and administrative skills.
- Proven computer literacy in the use of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint), and Sage.
- A professional and proactive attitude.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Assisting in maintaining stock range.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Highly organised.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bookkeeping or any accounting experience is an advantage.

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
