**Financial & Administrative Assistant/Officer**

Office based in Woodstock
**Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:
- Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks
- Full Creditors function
- Full Debtors function
- Asset register
- Handling of petty cash
- Participate in payroll processes
- Review and process reimbursements
- Handling of incoming calls from clients
- Take clear messages and communicate effectively with customers, clients, team members, and management
- Develop and maintain administrative processes
- Handling of invoices and statements to clients
- Following up with debtors
- Monthly recons
- Handling of deliveries from suppliers
- Assistance to walk-in customers
- All other tasks associated with the position.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Experience in the wine industry is advantageous
- Approximately 5 years' experience in a similar position;
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office and Excel);
- Own reliable transport.
- Superb customer service skills
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
- Experience working on Chase and Sage mandatory
