We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transport Administrator to join our innovative team. As a customer-centric startup, **Loop** relies on ecosystem feedback to drive technological advancements. Your role will be pivotal in providing structure, implementing processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of our technology solutions.

**Position Overview**:
As a Transport Administrator at Loop, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the delivery of passengers from point to point. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you'll be responsible for optimizing delivery routes, monitoring drivers, and ensuring a seamless transportation process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrange efficient delivery routes and dispatch drivers.
- Utilize GPS to track truck locations, monitor drivers, and identify efficient routes.
- Act as the primary contact for both drivers and riders.
- Conduct audits on rides for inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with senior employees, such as transportation managers, to enhance transportation efficiency.
- Create and maintain transportation paperwork, including DVIR, trip reports, driver logs, and invoices.
- Address and respond to complaints or feedback from clients and drivers, redirecting them to suitable parties if necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within the transport sector is essential.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- At least a high school education; a degree in logistics, business management, or a related field is preferred.
