Assitant Director: Organisational Development

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Conduct workstudy investigations on all assigned work (it may incl. strategy and mandate analysis, functional analysis, implications on relevant prescripts, interviews, observations, process mapping, etc.)
- Compile a report on the findings and recommendation of work-study investigations
- Reconcile the Persal staff establishment with the approved organisational structure
- Facilitate the development of new job descriptions in line with the functions of a component where the job exists
- Monitor the signing of all finalised JDs for record purposes (incl. of new employees)
- Draft annual project plan on the evaluation of posts due
- Conduct job evaluations as per the finalised project plan (incl. gathering of relevant data, conduct interviews, benchmark, capturing on the system, etc.)
- Implement organisational development interventions and provide necessary advise (such as BPM, culture survey, change management, etc.)
- Maintain relevant documents and data relating to the BPM a) Ensure compilation of administrative reports, implement internal controls, updating risk register and drafting of response to clients based on the requests received
- Oversee maintenance of workflow and processes and conduct follow-ups
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- NQF level 6 qualification in Management Services / Operations Management / Industrial Psychology / Human Resources Management/ Human Resources Development / Public Management/Administration / Labour Relations / Social Sciences.
- Job evaluation certificate for public service.
- 2 years experience in Organisational Development/ Work-Study
- Experience in job evaluation within the public service.
