**Job Title: Client Success Manager**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Business Development in the UK market
- Efficiently manage daily tasks within allocated time
- CRM Management - Lernify
- Handle onboarding meetings of clients
- Schedule and conduct regular check-ins with clients and corresponding VA’s
- Perform performance appraisals with clients regarding VAs before the probation period
- Act as the support manager for all clients - client retention
- Address client inquiries and complaints
- Identify opportunities to upsell existing customers
- Manage all important client dates - birthdays, anniversaries and collaborate with the marketing team for planned posts
- Manage contract renewals and amendments
- Obtain Google reviews from both clients and VAs
- Send client gifts when opportunities arise
- Consistently meet the monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- LinkedIn posting and lead generation
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in client success or account management
- Strong business development skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Lernify preferred) or quick to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Upselling and identifying growth opportunities
- Organized with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Comfortable with online collaboration tools
- Proactive, self-motivated, and independent in a remote setting
- Ability to exceed KPIs
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude toward client service
**Hardware Requirements**:
- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/ FIBRE internet line.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Anti-virus installed.
- UPS/Back-up Battery for load shedding - NON-NEGOTIABLE
**Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm UK) Full Time**
Pay: R23 000,00 per month
