Role Overview:

We're looking for a
Client Success Manager
who has a good understanding of eCommerce marketing, and can build long-term trust with our clients. You'll be the bridge between our clients and our internal team — ensuring smooth onboarding, clear communication, consistent reporting, and an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Client Onboarding
  • Manage the onboarding process, collect assets, set expectations, and ensure a seamless handover to the media and creative teams.
  • Client Communication
  • Act as the main point of contact, keeping clients updated on campaign progress, results, and next steps.
  • Client Reporting
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights and data summaries.
  • Team Coordination
  • Work closely with media buyers, strategists, and creatives to ensure deliverables are on track and aligned with client goals.
  • Client Calls
  • Lead regular performance calls to review results and maintain alignment.
  • Retention & Relationship Management
  • Proactively manage relationships to keep clients happy, engaged, and confident in our partnership.
  • Progress Tracking
  • Monitor campaign milestones, identify growth opportunities, and communicate updates clearly to both clients and the team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in eCommerce marketing or agency account management.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, specifically Meta and Google Ads.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once.
  • Comfortable interpreting and explaining performance data.
  • Proactive, emotionally intelligent, and solutions-oriented.
