This is an on-site, full-time position.

Guests travel aboard a double-deck railway tram and open-air tram bus, stopping at some of the country's most historic wine estates. **Role Description**:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team in an on-site security, parking attendant, and crowd control capacity. The primary responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff, managing parking facilities, and controlling crowd flow during busy periods. You will be responsible for maintaining order, assisting guests with parking, and providing general guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Security & Safety:_
- Monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
- Conduct routine checks and patrols to prevent unauthorized access and manage any security issues.
- Address any incidents or potential disturbances swiftly and professionally, liaising with management or local authorities when necessary.
- Parking Attendant:_
- Direct guests to available parking spaces in an organized and efficient manner.
- Manage the parking area to maximize space and ensure vehicles are parked safely.
- Assist guests with any parking-related queries and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Crowd Control:_
- Manage the flow of visitors to ensure safe and organized crowd movement, particularly during busy periods or special events.
- Help guide guests to designated areas and prevent overcrowding in specific locations.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure guests have a smooth, enjoyable experience.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Prior experience in security, crowd management, or a related field.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
- A valid driver's license is advantageous.
- Must not live in Franschhoek. Preferably Paarl, Stellenbosch or surrounding areas.
- A clear background check is required for this role.
