**Divestment Transition Support**:
Lead the OT component of asset divestment, ensuring all systems are correctly transitioned or decommissioned.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align OT processes with the divestment strategy.
**System Integrity and Continuity**:
Audit and document existing OT systems, including SCADA, PLCs, and network infrastructures.
Develop transition plans for OT systems to ensure operational continuity.
**Compliance and Governance**:
Ensure adherence to Company’s safety and governance protocols throughout the divestment process.
Address cybersecurity risks associated with the separation of systems.
**Technical Leadership**:
Provide expertise in OT architecture and integration to support business units and external stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks related to OT system performance during and post-divestment.
**Collaboration and Communication**:
Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, project management, and business stakeholders for OT-related matters.
Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external review.
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
**Experience**:
15+ years of experience in OT systems, preferably within the mining sector.
Experience with asset divestment projects or large-scale system transitions.
**Technical Skills**:
In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems, including SCADA, PLCs, and HMI.
Proficiency in cybersecurity best practices for OT environments.
Familiarity withautomation systems
**Soft Skills**:
Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
