The Finance Administration Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organization. This position will involve a combination of financial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the finance department. The Finance Administration Clerk will be responsible for various financial and clerical duties, including but not limited to processing transactions, managing debt collection, facilitating month end billing, developing customer relationships that promote retention, customer appreciation and loyalty, by establishing a professional customer journey with them. You will collaborate effectively with the broader business in order to improve the customer experience in order to ensure that they will recommend Inoxico in the market, this creating a long-term value for Inoxico.

You will be part of a dynamic team that is at the centre of Inoxico’s disruptive strategy, having access to world-class software development capabilities and a dynamic leadership team at Inoxico to support you in achieving these goals.

**Responsibility **Tasks**

**Month End Processes (65%)**
- Accurately input financial data into accounting software within the agreed timeframe by:
Creating Customer Profiles for Billing
- Coordinating error-free processing of invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.
- Optimise and manage Debt Collection
- Support the process of accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, obtaining necessary approvals, and preparing payments.
- Perform and support month end processes (suppliers, customer billing)
- Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.

Ensure compliance with company policies regarding expenses.

Monitor and analyse expense trends.
- Provide support during audits by ensuring documentation and records are readily available.
- Support the finance team in the development and monitoring of budgets.
- Ensuring all information is correctly captured on all relevant internal tracking systems.

**General (20%)**
- Assist with compliance and regulation matters under the guidance of the Compliance Officer.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and general office duties.
- Manage and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyse usage stats and feed back to relevant internal stakeholder/s
- Make necessary updates to customer accounts as and when required.
- Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information for financial transactions and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.

**Other **(10%)**
- Assist management in general office admin tasks as required.
- Management of requests for registration and other documents from Inoxico’s partners and suppliers
- Execution of other ad-hoc tasks where required.

**Continuous Improvement **(5%)**
- Build and maintain knowledge of Inoxico’ s systems, data and processes.
- Analyse trends from data accessible to you and provide recommendations for improvement
