**DEBTORS CLERK / ADMIN ASSISTANT**

**Salary: Rneg based on skills and experience**

Based at Head Office in Highlands North, Johannesburg (_available_ _immediately_)
- This position takes full responsibility for the outstanding debtors as well as all administrative support tasks as required by the Portfolio Manager.
- Debtors management, reporting and reconcilliation.
- Making and managing payment arrangements within policy.
- Resolving account queries.
- Managing maintenance tickets.
- Being organised, deadline driven and the ability to work under pressure is crucial.
- Integrity, responsibility, accountability, dependability, self-awareness and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Minimum of 3 years Debtors and Admin experience required (not negotiable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
