Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative and financial Clerk to join our
operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial
processes, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capturing Creditors Invoices: Accurately record and process creditors’ invoices in the financial
system.
- Opening New 30 Days Accounts: Set up and capture new 30-day accounts, ensuring all necessary
information is recorded.
- Maintaining Business Partners: Update and maintain records of business partners, including any
changes in their information.
- Sending Out Customer Statements: Prepare and distribute customer statements regularly.
- Following Up on Outstanding Payments: Monitor and follow up on overdue payments to ensure
timely collection.
- Creating Purchase Orders (PO) on SAP S/4HANA: Generate and manage purchase orders using
SAP software.
- Managing Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and reorder as necessary to
ensure adequate stock.
- Facilitating Incoming Shipments: Oversee and coordinate the receipt of incoming shipments from
headquarters, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly stored.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or business administration are
advantageous.
- Proven experience in an administrative or financial role.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and other financial software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
