- FAIS Affected**Job Purpose**
- To grow and manage the Avo B2B (Business to Business) with respect to value proposition, commercials, and product. Avo B2B (Business to Business), which is a double-sided platform supporting suppliers and their customers with procure-to-pay processes (sales automation and order management) and working capital optimisation. Looking for dynamic and highly motivated individual with business acumen and digital products experience.**Responsibilities**:
- Drive and manage the product planning and strategy
- Manage Financial and Business Results of the product
- Develop growth hacking strategies to drive revenue
- Manage pricing and improve margins
- Ensure that transparent transfer pricing for provision of products and services for the business area are being followed through
- Identify new ecosystem opportunities and adapt product offering accordingly
- Continuously improve CVP, working with Nedbank stakeholders in Product and Segment, as well as 3rd party providers
- Use Avo B2B platform jointly with other Bank and 3rd party solutions, to co-create with clients, solutions for efficiencies in their supply chain and value chains
- Manage overall risk and compliance for Avo B2B
- Lead end to end product lifecycle
- Ensure that all individual and department results are delivered within budget to deadlines
- Ensure budget targets are met by effectively executing and complying to Divisional billing requirements and target
- Ensure quality projects / processes / systems delivered on time and are fully aligned to business requirements
- Ensured that all commercial outcomes as per budget
- Provided agreed information and strategic contribution to stakeholders and client
- Managed Stakeholder Relationships
- Advise and consult to clients by providing professional solutions that meet the requirements of the client’s business needs
- Ensure that professional solutions delivered within agreed parameters and timelines
- Ensure that Professional solutions demonstrate a balance of best of breed and return on investment for the client
- Enable the building of commercially viable relationships with clients by providing quality advice to clients
- Monitor and manage client, service providers/ vendors, partners and other stakeholder expectations
- Actively engage to establish trust and respect of department members, direct reports, stakeholders & manager/s through active engagement with all parties
- Delivered best practice services to client expectations
- Monitor and manage client, service providers, partners, and other stakeholder expectations, built long term relations
- Proactively support and share information and knowledge with peers in own and other departments and functions
- Trusted and respected by department members, direct reports, and manager/s
- Effective communication and relationship networks upwards, downwards, sideways, and outwards
- Managed Internal Processes and operationalise Divisional Strategy by ensuring the value chain understand and prioritise work in alignment to Divisional Strategy
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Preferred Qualification- Tertiary Qualification/ formal accreditation in Professional field
- MMP/SMP / MM or equivalent
- BComm Business Managemement
- BSC Computer science
- BComm Information Technology
- Post graduate management qualification
- MBA
- Essential Certifications- ITIL Talent nurturing or equivalent MMP/SMP / MM or equivalent
- Minimum Experience Level- 3 to 5 years line management 10 years Industry experience in Digital, and/or Product Management, and/ or Payments, and or Banking, and or eCommerce
