**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Call Center Agent to join our team, focusing on political campaigning. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to voters and constituents to gather information and support for political causes.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to voters and constituents to gather data and opinions on political issues.
- Engage in persuasive conversations to encourage voter registration and participation in elections.
- Collect and accurately record data obtained from each call into the campaign database.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions with the public.
- Adhere to scripts and guidelines provided for each campaign while also engaging in authentic conversations.
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas to ensure campaign goals are met.
- Collaborate with team members and campaign managers to strategize outreach efforts and improve performance.
- Stay informed about current political events, issues, and campaign developments.
- Provide feedback and insights to campaign management regarding call outcomes and voter responses.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

- Grade 12 Or equivalent.
- Previous experience in outbound call center roles or political campaigning is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using call center software or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of political processes, campaigns, and election procedures is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, especially during peak campaign periods.
- Commitment to maintaining neutrality and professionalism while representing the campaign.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
