**Requirements**:
**Personality**

**Technical Skills**
- Clear understanding of the Google Ads platforms and Tools: Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads editor, GA4
- Clear understanding of the main traffic and performance metrics
- Traffic: Impressions, Clicks, CTR%, Avg. CPC, Cost
- Performance: Conversions, Conversion Value, Conversion Rate, ROAS
- Familiarity with the most popular campaign types: Pmax, Shopping, Search, DSA, Display
- Excel Experience: Basic knowledge of calculus formulas, ability to create pivot tables

**What You'll Do**:

- Set up campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
- Set up promotions on GMC, Microsoft Merchant Center
- Monitor account’s health: check / fix GMC Merchant Warnings
- Reach out to Google support to troubleshoot issues
- Check-up on your work, review account’s overall performance vs the client’s objectives
- Analyze performance: Week-on-week, month-to-date vs KPIs, year-over-year - which will enable you to determine the right course of action for improving or growing the performance.
- Send client Monthly Overview Performance information and insights with Recommendations for the upcoming month.
