The prime function of this role is to assist our clients in preparing for, and then managing, the implementation of Automotive software solutions into their organizations.

**Criteria**:

- Completed Degree or Diploma with Accounting will be an advantage
- I.T knowledge and experience will be an advantage
- Advanced MS Excel working knowledge and experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- **Must have working experience as Booking Service Advisors/ Warranty & Costing Clerk/ Creditors & Debtors Clerk/ Bookkeeper**
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- **Must have Dealer Management Solution (DMS) Software experience**
- **Experience in working in the Automotive Industry**
- Software implementation experience
- **Must have their own reliable transport**
- **Must be willing to travel to various car dealerships around South Africa
**Requirements**:

- Data conversions from the old system to the new system
- Installation of Dealer Management System
- Train individuals and groups on how to use Software
- Implement system:

- Training all system users
- Monitor Go-Live
- Monitor Month-end
- Handover customer to Customer Support after Go-Live
- Set up system modules as per client requirements, including user id and permissions
- Provide customer support about Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Debtors, Creditors
- Reconciliations, Trial balances, Vehicles, Parts, Service and CRM
- Management Report writing
- Log faults and requests
- Monitor user progress
- Perform needs analysis with customers

**Customer Care Requirements**:

- The Customer Service and Support function are responsible for activities related to assisting, supporting, and resolving customers' questions specific to products and services
- The Customer Support area is responsible for assisting customers by providing information about products and/or services, answering questions, and resolving problems and issues
- This job family is in the support level category and the focus is on completing tasks or activities supporting the implementation of procedures
