**Job Description**:
As a Gaming Floor Duty Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their gaming floor and the satisfaction of their guests. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the gaming department and maintaining the highest standards of customer service, security, and regulatory compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of gaming staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor the gaming floor to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Maintain compliance with all gaming regulations and procedures.
- Handle and resolve guest concerns or disputes professionally and efficiently.
- Manage gaming resources, including tables, machines, and equipment.
- Create and implement strategies to optimize gaming revenue.
- Conduct regular staff training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotions and events.
- Prepare and analyze reports on gaming performance and trends.
- Maintain a strong focus on responsible gaming practices.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in gaming management or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and industry best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A high degree of integrity and professionalism.
- A passion for the gaming and entertainment industry.
