**REQUIREMENTS**
- Driver’s License (code B)
- Matric
- At least 3-5 years retail management experience at area management level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Ability to delegate effectively
- Ability to mentor, motivate and coach staff
- Ability to make decisions
- Initiative and strong problem solving skills
- Must have solid financial skills
- Must have solid IR skills
