**Requirements**:

- National Senior Certificate
- Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in a Dispatch/ Warehouse environment
- Technical aptitude
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assists the Dispatch Manager with control of the Dispatch Department
- Control the flow of finished goods, from the factory, in and out of the Dispatch Department
- Liaises with other branches to coordinate intercompany orders and deliveries
- Ensuring orders are checked against picking slips
- Supervises and assists with the loading of all orders
- Plans and schedules transport with company vehicles and third party transporters
- Ensures timeous delivery of all orders
- Liaises with internal staff and transporters to resolve queries
- Ensures a safe working environment and adheres to housekeeping standards
