To manage the dispatch operations of the company.

To assign delivery routes, coordinate with drivers and monitor delivery progress.

To resolve any issues that may arise.

To communicate efficiently and professionally with customers regarding deliveries.

To optimize delivery schedules.

To implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Experience**

Must have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in a dispatch or logistics supervisory role.

Must be able to effectively communicate with production and sales team.

Strong communication skills to interact with drivers.

Strong customer service skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to deliveries.

Problem Solving - Ability to identify problems and make effective decisions to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
