**Why do we need you?**
Purpose of the role is to focus on the strategic management and control of Weber Alrode’s Inbound processes and optimise Inventory. The Inbound Controller will be responsible to control all Inbound Stock processes and optimise inventory and service levels across the Warehouse
**Is this job for you?**
- Supply Chain degree or equivalent
- Computer Literate
- At 5 years’ experience in the warehouse environment, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG industry
- SAP knowledge
- Forklift licence would be advantageous
- Computer Literacy (specifically advanced MS Office: Excel)
- Must have strong problem solving skills
- Must have a hands-on approach to work.
- Passion for inventory management and stock management processes.

**To make sure nothing is forgotten**
- Responsible for the full inbound warehouse function, including variances, finished goods, Raw materials, stock levels, Factory issuance, Supplier and branch receipts,
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Organize inventory and maintain storage area to acceptable conditions.
- Ensure inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Monitor inbound process controlling and Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Oversee Inbound warehouse department and ensure staff alignment to departmental goals.
- Monitor and manage smooth inbound operation in the warehouse
- Responsible for all Inbound equipment & tools are in a good condition
- Supervise, evaluate team performance and develop performance improvement plans needed
- Ownership of the stock management function.
- Implement and maintain WCM (5S) within the Warehouse.
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
- Accountable for cycle counting, stock taking and safety in the inbound warehouse
- Accountable for variance Investigations and feedback
- Ensure products are dispatched using FIFO and all paperwork is correct
- Ensure policies and procedures are adhered too in the outbound and fully accountable for any deviations
- Ensure corrective actions are in place to prevent any loading issues and service delivery is achieved
- Ensure trucks entering the inbound loading areas abide by Saint-Gobain rule, policies, procedures and processes
- Responsible for month end reporting in the Inbound area
- Expiry date management.
- Safe disposal of scrapped stock
- To assist in the outbound warehouse in the absence of the Outbound Supervisor.
