**The Role**
The activities performed by Revenue Assurance will provide the applicant with a very broad understanding of the logistics revenue value chain and expose them to all the systems and processes that make up the value chain, including the weaknesses that lead to revenue leakages.

**Skills and Experience**
- Grade 12
- Studying toward a BCom or similar would be an advantage
- Understanding of the logistics revenue value chain
- 3-5 years’ experience in related field
- Experience in analyzing billing information
- Strong Attention to Detail

**Key Accountabilities**
- Supervise and oversee the revenue assurance team
- Supervise and oversee the invoicing team
- Liaise with and collaborate across various Business Units
- Analyze information in business and operational systems and assist in identifying system and process shortfalls leading to exceptions and losses
- Analyze Billing information and assist in identifying billing anomalies
- Identify root cause for invoicing errors
- Mock billing
- Sending reports to senior managers
- Identifying non-profitable customers and making business aware
- Extract data from business and operational systems
- Prepare exception reports from the billing and analyze this information and provide controls/steps to fix the issues identified
- Revenue Analysis. Identify Over and Under Billing to be fixed before Month End Close
- Run Billing Simulations
- Analyze Credit Note Report and Identify Root Cause
- Extract P & L Reporting
- Train Staff on Billing Simulations
