Job Function

Coordinating and controlling the quality of revenue collection and administration activities within a high-volume, complex billing environment. To ensures the accuracy and integrity of billing, margin analysis, and revenue reporting, while proactively identifying and resolving systemic issues that could lead to financial loss or client disputes.

Key Performance Areas

Revenue Process Oversight:

  • Lead the execution and monitoring of billing and collections processes.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and margin integrity across multiple systems and interfaces.
  • Strengthen systemic controls to prevent revenue leakage and financial risk.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyse transactional data to identify trends and root causes of billing discrepancies.
  • Perform detailed revenue and margin analysis to support financial performance.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to support managerial decision-making.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the revenue operations team.
  • Monitor team performance against service level agreements and operational standards.
  • Foster a culture of learning, development, and continuous improvement.

Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure all revenue activities align with internal governance and compliance frameworks,
  • Execute work in accordance with operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on transactional activities to prevent financial losses.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and margin issues.
  • Coordinate team efforts to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Support external audits and client queries related to revenue processes.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Preferred: Postgraduate qualification or certification in financial management or revenue assurance.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue operations, billing, or financial analysis.
  • Proven track record in managing high-volume transactional environments.
  • Experience in supervising teams and implementing process improvements.
