Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
Executes the implementation of key processes in stock planning. - Tracks and monitors performance and productivity measures, identify gaps and develops solutions to address the gaps. - Identify & exercise operational efficiency improvement opportunities. - Ensures standard processes are implemented and cookbooks are updated. - Ensure standardization of productivity measures across all operations. - Support the implementation & improvement of various systems, processes, resourcing and capability. - Engage with and support the regions in implementation of initiatives. - Support regional management in problem solving to improve operational effectiveness. - Share operational best practices across the supply chain. - Manages collaboration across the value chain. - Ensures benefits are derived for projects. Knowledge: - CCBSA business strategy and logistics strategy - Warehouse management, processes, systems and KPI’s - Distribution management, processes, systems and KPI’s - People resourcing - Just in time principles - Execution, planning and schedule control - Problem solving techniques Skills: - Application of knowledge areas Attributes/Attitudes: - Analytical ability and problem solving - Excellent decision making ability - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Strong ownership of operational area & acceptance of accountability - Leadership capability - Self-starter with high energy - Strong self-discipline and organization - Ability to plan and implement to completion - Works independently as well as in a team - High customer orientation - Above average learning potential - Effective conflict management ability**
Skills, Experience & Education**:

- B.Com or related B Degree (Business Management, Logistics or Transport) - Minimum of 5 Years relevant experience. - Experience in logistics and business software systems - Stock management qualification or relevant experience - Internal business qualifications such as CAP and operational academies will be beneficial**
