Job Title: Sales Manager - Automotive Parts
**Responsibilities**:
Actively explore and understand the automotive parts market to effectively plan the company's product positioning.
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business, transitioning from online to offline sales channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while seeking new business opportunities.
Conduct regular market visits to stay updated with industry trends and customer needs.
Work with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition of product lines from online to physical sales platforms.
Analyze competitors and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth.
Provide feedback from the field to assist in product development and marketing efforts.
**Requirements**:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive parts industry.
Strong understanding of the automotive parts market, including familiarity with various car brands and their components.
Proven track record of managing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.
Excellent strategic planning and market analysis skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of working collaboratively with different teams.
Ability to adapt to changing market trends and consumer preferences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in both online and offline sales in the automotive industry.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.
Familiarity with and understanding of the South African automotive parts market.
**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
