Social Media Marketer

**Job Title: Social Media Marketer and Influencer**

**SALARY: R30,000 to R50,000 + PROFIT SHARE**

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in digital advertising and marketing.
- Proven track record of successful social media marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and shareable multimedia content.
- Experience in public speaking and event management.
- Understanding of copyright and trademark laws.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Education**:

- Self-education and completion of relevant online courses in digital marketing are REQUIRED.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- In-depth understanding of digital advertising strategies and trends.
- Proficient in utilizing various social media platforms for marketing purposes.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns.
- Ability to develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:Develop and execute a content strategy for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create visually appealing and shareable content, including images, videos, articles, and audio content. Video editors and social media manager will be provided for you to ONLY focus on filming and not editing, managing, etc.

**Influencer Marketing**:Actively engage with the audience, respond to comments, and collaborate with other influencers and brands to expand reach.
Implement effective influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue.

**Copyright and Trademark Management**:Ensure all created content, including books, audio, videos, and articles, is properly copyrighted and trademarked.
Collaborate with legal teams to protect intellectual property rights.

**Event Management**:Participate in speaking events, conferences, and workshops across South Africa to enhance personal and brand visibility.
Coordinate logistics for speaking engagements, ensuring a seamless and professional presence.

**Multimedia Production**:Film and edit YouTube videos, shoot content for various social media platforms, and maintain a consistent and high-quality visual brand.

**Authorship**:Write and publish books under the company's brand, contributing to thought leadership and industry expertise.

**Digital Marketing Exam**:

- The exam will cover topics such as social media strategy, content creation, analytics, and influencer marketing.

**Formal Degree (PREFFERED, NOT REQUIRED)**:

- While not mandatory, a formal degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field will be a significant advantage.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

**Creativity and Innovation**:

- Demonstrated creativity in content creation and campaign ideation.
- Ability to bring innovative ideas to the table for influencer marketing and brand promotion.
