**Social Media Marketing Specialist**

Our Luxury Brand Property Developer seeks a young**, in-the-know Social Media Executive**. Very active on social media, know’s what’s cutting-edge and the ability to create content with excellent vocabulary and vernacular.

The person must be a natural in digital marketing, highly motivated and can, meet tight deadlines and work well with pressure. **A fundi on Reels and Video Editing, Creating the Dream**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns with the aim to generate leads for specific residential property projects.
- Ad copywriting and content creation for social media platforms.
- Develop visual assets for campaigns.
- Administer multiple websites and publish content.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns.
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.
- VERY CREATIVE & INNOVATIVE
- Passion for social media and digital marketing (Platforms include: Instagram, Meta, You Tube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok)
- Community management of all development and brand social media accounts
- Content creation & copy writing for all developments and the brand for all social media channels
- Strong English language skills & vocab
- Innovative and creative thinking
- Very strong understanding of social media (i.e: how the algorithms works, how to grow the following, rules for each platform, sizing of adverts)
- Keeping up with the trends on social media and creating innovative brand content that aligns with these trends
- Must know how to portray luxury brands
- Video creation and editing essential
- Strong photography skills
- Property experience is advantageous

**Key Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
- Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Proven 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising (Essential)
- Photoshop, Coral Draw, Canva or similar
- Google Analytics ESSENTIAL
- Property industry experience will be given preference
