**Job Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams.
- **Market Insight**: Monitor trends, conduct competitor analysis, and refine strategies based on insights.
- **Customer Engagement**: Use tailored presentations and strategic questioning to understand client needs and close sales.
- **Technical Support**: Provide level 1 device support and troubleshoot to ensure seamless customer trading.

**Competencies**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Technical aptitude for device support and troubleshooting.
- Digital communication skills.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a passion for customer service.

**Education**
- Matric
- Essential
- Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (advantageous)

**Experience**
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management
- CRM experience

Other requirements
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel within the Limpopo region.
