Establish and maintain effective relationship with internal supply chain and manufacturing
- Load customer releases into ERP system.
- Analyze customer releases to determine if there are changes within the fix period and communicate any changes with customer.
- Respond to demand changes assessing risk, inventory, capacity and financial implications.
- Load and close production orders into ERP and HYDRA systems.
- Analyze and query any production order variances.
- Facilitate and drive improvements of internal supply chain processes
- Production Planning
- Ensure that all subordinates are trained on work Instructions and work in accordance with established policies, procedures and quality standards
- Maintain a safe and accident-free work environment
- Create an environment of effectiveness, efficiency and optimum performance of employees by providing direction, motivation and development in line with operational objectives
- Ensure that targets are achieved in area of responsibility & attend daily production meetings and plant walks.

Minimum requirements:

- At least 5 years in a similar role within automotive manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 / ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO14001:2004
