As a Logistics and Supply Chain Administrator, you'll be responsible for the management of inbound asset deliveries. This will include coordinating with our suppliers to ensure that all goods are received on time and in good condition. You'll also be tasked with supporting the other team by providing them with accurate order confirmations and shipping information.
**Requirements**:
- Process and administer incoming orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage ordering procedures.
- Provide accurate, timely and complete information to managers.
- Track and maintain quality standards.
- Performs all administrative functions of the logistics operation under direct supervision of a logistics manager or other designated leader.
- Ensures accurate and timely shipping of goods.
- Coordinates the receipt of orders and deliveries.
- Interacts with customers and suppliers to resolve any issues.
**Qualifications**
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Possess an understanding of the supply chain process and be able to develop effective processes for coordinating and improving logistics operations.
