_**Ceramic Anilox Engravers Pty Ltd**_ (CAE) is a well-established leader in the manufacturing and refurbishment of Anilox rollers and sleeves for the flexographic, gravure, offset, and coating industries worldwide. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented, success driven, **Creditors Clerk** to join our admin team. This role is vital in maintaining accurate records, timeous task completion and ensuring smooth running of day to day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Creditor Accounts**:

- Process and verify all creditor invoices, ensuring proper authorization and accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Ensure all payments to creditors are processed promptly and in accordance with company policies.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor outstanding creditor balances and ensure payments are made within agreed terms.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with the preparation of monthly reports.
- Assist in typing of purchase orders and requisitions.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve invoice issues and answer queries.
- Maintain filing systems for all documents, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible.
- Support the team with general administrative duties as needed.
- Background and understanding of logistic operations, needs and functions would be advantageous.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Education: Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Qualification in related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Creditors Clerk or in a similar accounting role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Experience with Pastel accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of creditors management and financial procedures.
- **Core Competencies**:

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work in high pressure environments.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
