**An opportunity has become available for a Settlement and Reconciliations Supervisor** types** within the Invoice to Cash Team, within our Finance Shared Services Division.**

The Settlement and Reconciliations Supervisor will oversee the team and take responsibility for reconciling point of sale and tender/ settlement transactions in SAP as well as clearing exceptions arising from these activities.

The role will support the Invoice to Cash Accountant (online & other) in the handling of all investigations and additional administrative tasks relating to customer store, online & head office transactional disputes, queries or requests.

Working with the team, this role will ensure the consistent delivery on quality requirements as defined within the SLAs per the Shared Service Management Framework.

**Experience**
- 1-3 years of functional working experience
- Experience supervising a team in a transactional environment is preferable

**Key Performance Areas**
- Ensure that the operating policies and procedures are understood by the team and adhered to;
- Oversee the required weekly and monthly reconciliations within the trading divisions;
- Ensure that all relevant bank matching activities (e.g. upload of store payment files, relevant journals, etc) are processed accurately and timeously;
- Monitor and identify trends and escalate to Operations teams within the trading divisions;
- Complete the necessary daily and weekly bank matching follow up and controls;
- Manage disputes and ensure resolution and chargebacks are timeously actioned;
- Ensure SLAs are met by the team and periodically review deliverables to ensure optimum achievement;
- Clear any relevant payments and handle unallocated payments according to company policy;
- Resolve any outstanding bank matching issues and escalate to the Invoice and Cash Accountant where appropriate;
- Ensure reports (e.g. Trend Reports) are accurately compiled, analysed and provided to the relevant stakeholders;
- Support all UAT requirements for relevant systems testing;
- Ensure effective communication and relationships with all internal and external business partners.
